A Question and Answer (Q&A) session was organized between the officials of MSME DI, Guwahati, Exim Bank and social entrepreneurs of Assam. The event was hosted with an aim to disseminate information on various schemes and policies.

AURA: Sharing the Bizdom of Entreprenurs

A online interactive 2-day session was organized on the occasion of International Youth Skills Week 2020 to provide a platform for the youth to connect with social entrepreneurs from North-East India. The objective of the event is to fuel the entrepreneurship spirit of the young minds of the region.

It acted as a significant step towards providing a platform for entrepreneurs for collaboration and partnerships. The meeting deliberated on private sector participation, Farmers Producer Organisation, Weavers and Artisans and understanding the challenges, opportunities and the action plans needs to be taken up.

One-day Consultation on Social Entrepreneurship: Agriculture, Handloom & Handicraft Sector in Assam

The primary objective of the consultation held was to establish an effective network of social entrepreneurs from the three sectors and better understand the challenges of each sector. The initiative brought together mid-level social entrepreneurs from the three sectors of the state and representatives from other North-Eastern States.

Stakeholders’ Consultation on MSME Sector in North-East India

The objective of the event was to exchange MSME related information and experiences with the relevant stakeholders, examine the role and effectiveness of various schemes for the implantation of the project and identify strategies and recommendations to strengthen institutional partnerships among government, non-government and other entities for an inclusive engagement in the project.
